Life Skills Programming

The life skills programming is based on the needs of the individual and group. The goals and objectives of the programming may be met by utilizing individual and/or pychoeducational group sessions and workshops as well as team building exercises. Life skills topics can also be incorporated into presentation topics for speaking engagements.
